What is the difference between Standard and Premium?＋
The difference is not simply video resolution. It is the creative treatment, production complexity and level of visual refinement. The specific elements included are confirmed in your brief and quotation.
How long does production take?＋
Standard small-volume projects typically target 1–3 business days after payment, the brief and materials are complete. Bulk, multi-page and complex work is scheduled separately.
What materials should we provide?＋
Please provide final text, product information, images and brand assets. For printed materials, include the required dimensions and your printer’s specifications where available.
How many revisions are included?＋
The included revision allowance is confirmed in your quotation. Additional concepts, major creative changes, substantial rework and requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Does design include printing?＋
Printing and physical production are not included unless specifically quoted. WhalePoint’s standard offer is the design and creative service.
Are editable or source files included?＋
Editable and source files are not included unless agreed in writing. Approved final content is delivered in the formats confirmed for the project.
Are copywriting and other extras included?＋
Copywriting, complex illustration, packaging compliance work, extra sizes or versions, premium third-party assets and physical production are not automatically included unless expressly quoted.
When does production begin?＋
For direct-client projects, 100% payment is required before work begins. Your quotation confirms the final scope, applicable rates, total price, revisions and delivery timing.
Can agencies white-label your services?＋
Yes. White-label fulfilment is available through our separate agency production support model. Agency commercial terms are confirmed independently.
Can final content be used commercially?＋
Commercial use of final approved content remains subject to applicable third-party licence terms.
